II.  Public Comment: This time is allotted for the public to address the Board regarding items not included on the meeting agenda. Speaker cards are available for those wanting to speak on agenda items as listed below. Those comments will be heard as the item is introduced.

III.  Action Items

a.  ASI Appointed Positions: The Executive Committee will consider taking action on appointing candidates to open ASI Position

2.  General Elections Subcommittee

IV.  Discussion Items

a.  ASI Focus Groups- The committee will discuss focus groups and strategize to maximize turnout.

b.  Policy Format Update- The committee will be informed in the need for an update on the formatting of all policies.

c.  Coronavirus Updates- The committee will be informed and discuss measures Cal State LA and the CSU system are implementing as cautionary measures.

d.  CHESS/CSSA- The committee will also discuss some potential stances on pertinent bills and also will discuss a recap of CHESS.
