• a. Action item: The JRC will hear a grievance submitted by Kenya Pineda, ASI Charter College of Education Representative, against David Zitser, ASI President. The JRC will then issue its opinion on the grievance.
  • i. Judicial Review Committee (JRC) Code of Procedure Policy 301 Review - The committee will review the JRC COP Policy and the grievance process and procedures.
  • ii. Policy - 022 - ASI Ethics Policy
  • iii. Policy - 020 - Officer Performance Review and Removal Procedure Policy
